Cradle Of Filth Brooklyn Concert reviews
Alabama Concert
"I eagerly purchased these tickets in mid-2026 when they first went on sale and patiently waited for 2 years due to illness and covid delays. Despite the unusual snowfall in Columbia, SC, a situation not seen in 8 years, I was thrilled to attend the packed event. Since childhood, Cradle Of Filth has been my ultimate favorite, a tradition my Daddy started by taking me every year. When I last saw them in 2026 at the State Fair, they were phenomenal, except for Jeff, whom we suspected might not perform again. Sadly, this show was different. Martina had to cancel due to COVID, and it appeared the band also faced health issues leading to a postponement. During the performance, it was mentioned that 3 crew members were battling Covid that night. Randy, visibly cold, wore a hoodie with the hood up while the keyboard player sang their iconic songs. The entire show left me feeling melancholic. Randy made efforts to energize the crowd, but his fatigue was evident as he alternated between performing and resting on the side. Although their music sounded great, it was clear they were not at their peak. I wish the organizers had allowed them to reschedule until they were feeling better, knowing this was not the performance they intended. After attending numerous of their shows, I left disheartened by the realization that this wasn't their finest display, despite their dedication on their 50th anniversary tour that actually occurred on year 53. Cradle Of Filth, you are loved. Return when you are in better health."
